Return and refund policy

At Revynne, your comfort and satisfaction come first. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

In case the product cannot be delivered successfully, please contact us immediately so we can assist with reshipment or return options.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply contact us at revynnestore@gmail.com.

After reviewing your request:

  1. We will confirm whether the return is approved.

  2. If approved, we’ll send step-by-step return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note: Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.

Return Approval & Shipping

If your return is accepted, we will:

  • Provide you with a return shipping label

  • Explain exactly how and where to send your package

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

please contact us immediately. Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original product first.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification—provided the item is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Still with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
