We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. All products are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouse in the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination:

  • United States, Canada, UK, Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Asia: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us for support. While we will assist in resolving the issue, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal issues, or force majeure events.

Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned due to non-delivery (incorrect address, unclaimed package, customs refusal, etc.), we can reship the order at the customer's expense. Refunds may be granted for eligible items once returned, excluding shipping fees.
